No Show Policy

To Our Valued Patients - Rescheduling and No Show Information

We are very excited to announce the expansion of Lantzville Dental Clinic. The goal of the renovations is to expand the availability of appointments to better accommodate you, our patient. We understand that over the past year we have experienced the challenge of scheduling routine appointments and we are making every effort to minimize the inconvenience. These renovations will better facilitate increased appointment times with our doctors and our hygienists.

We are asking for your help! We want you to know that we respect your time and are requesting you to understand the need for the implementation of our Rescheduling and No Show policy. When your appointment is reserved, please appreciate that this time was set aside specifically for you.

We recognize that it may become necessary to reschedule an appointment. In order to accommodate the needs of our patients and to avoid a missed appointment fee of $100.00 per hour, we require two business days’ notice when requesting any changes to your appointment.

The reason why we ask for two business days’ notice is because we have a number of patients on our “priority list”. They require appointments on short notice as they are suffering or in pain. If we do not receive appropriate notice, we cannot schedule them within the time frame they need. It is very important to our dentists’ that we see all patients as quickly as possible.

Each person's situation is different and we realize that family, office emergencies, and illness can arise. We will be pleased to discuss the details of short notice appointment changes on an individual basis.
